Staff members from various departments participated in the Employees Wellness Day hosted by the Occupational Health Unit of Emalahleni sub district, in Nkangala, as part of Corporate Wellness Day, which is reflected on the South African health calender.
This day is said to be aimed at sharing valuable health information to prevent lifestyle diseases. The staff members, who are all from Emalahleni, actively took part in activities including; health screening, physical exercises and health promotion.
