Two young women, Nondumiso Zenani, 25 and Nolwazi Hlabane aged 26 have been finally found and alive after they were allegedly kidnapped on 05 June 2022 in Barberton and Thekwane South near Kanyamazane respectively.
According to information at police disposal , Nondumiso Zenani was kidnapped while hitchhiking on the R40 in Barberton as she wanted to make her way home to Carolina. Zenani called a relative on the day of her kidnapping informing her that she had been kidnapped and the relative reported the matter to the police.
The suspects continued with ymtheir kidnapping mission as they then proceeded to Thekwane South and snatched a second victim, Nolwazi Hlabane as she was entering her place of residence. This matter too was reported to the police where cases of kidnapping were opened.
