COURT DECLARES MISUZULU’S RECOGNITION AS AMAZULU KING INVALID
President Cyril Ramaphosa’s recognition of Zulu King Misuzulu Ka Zwelithini as the Zulu King has been declarede unlawful and invalid.
Judge Norman Davis in Pretoria High Court ruled that the process was flawed.
Prince Simakade and Mbonisi Zulu, half-brother of late King Goodwill Zwelithini, launched the application to have President Cyril Ramaphosa’s recognition of Misuzulu as rightful monarch set aside.
