The high rate of missing kids has become a serious concern.
Police at Masoyi request community assistance in locating Lesedi Andile Chiloane aged seven (07). Lesedi was reported missing at Chochocho Trust near Masoyi on Sunday, 28 August 2022.
According to information received, the victim was last seen at home by his family on that sad day after his cousin and grandfather were busy watering some plants in the garden around 09h00 am.
During his disappearance, he was wearing grey Jeans and a grey jersey.Afyer several attempts to find the boy by his family they went to the police station and reported him missing and an enquiry was opened at Masoyi SAPS on the same day (Sunday).
The case has since been assigned to the Family Violence, Child Protection and Sexual Offences Unit (FCS). Since the victim went missing, police in collaboration with relevant stakeholders as well as members of the community have been hard at work searching for the victim but the child has not yet been found.
