MEC for the department of Health in Mpumalanga, Sasekani Manzini is expected to host a Cancer Awareness Campaign at Manzini Community Hall, Cho Cho Cho, under the Ehlanzeni District on Saturday 21 October 2022.
The campaign will happen under the theme “Early Detection Saves Lives” and “Early detection of the condition can lead to effective treatment and a positive prognosis.
The cancer epidemic is huge and is set to rise, an urgent action needs to be taken to raise awareness about this dreadful disease and to develop practical strategies to address the cancer burden in both men and women.
The launch is an ideal opportunity to spread the word and raise the profile of cancer in people’s minds and how to prevent it at an early stage.
The community of Game as a whole is therefore invited to come in numbers to attend this informative session as it aims to educate everything about this dangerous disease.
This event will help the public to be aware of such a disease thus grant them an opportunity to learn more on cancer
