Mangebeletane and Son out on bail
Samuel Tsela and his son, Philasande Tsela, have been granted R5 000 bail.
Two of the accused in the brutal murder of little Bontle Mashiyane from Mganduzweni have been granted bail at the Graskop magistrate court .
According to NPA provincial spokesperson Monica Nyuswa said the court considered all factors and found that it is in the interest of justice for the accused to be released on bail.
The two were release on R5 000 bail uderthefollowing conditions ;
1. The accused are obliged to attend court until the matter is finalised.
2.They do not interfere with the state witnesses in the matter and they do not threaten their co-accused.
The five on the case are expected to be back at KaBokweni Magistrate’s Court for an indictment on 6 April 2023
