Following her last visit in January this year, the MEC for agriculture, rural development, land and environmental affairs (DARDLEA), Busisiwe Shiba, headed back to Mkhondo local municipality to inspect the progress made in the construction of a One Stop Centre.
Shiba was accompanied by senior officials from DARDLEA and officials from Mkhondo local municipality, who include the executive mayor-Ngelosi Ndlovu, alongside a local councillor, chief whip and a member of the mayoral committee(MMC).
” All stakeholders and contractor shared their views on challenges and complaints that reportedly contribute to delays and thereby hindering progress at the project,” said DARDLEA in a statement.
